Do they bolt up the same? I need to replace my NA one and want to put a Euro one will this cause any trouble?

The euro bumper is about an inch shorter on the bottom of either side. Many kits require a euro bumper because the chin spoilers are too narrow for US bumpers. Also the euro rub strip does not have side marker lights.
The installation requires a little modification. There is a piece of impact absorbant styrofoam under the factory bumper. You can toss that out. Then you will need to trim away some of the plastic on the back side of the bumper to get a good fit. This will become pretty obvious when you try to put it on. But you can do all of this yourself.
