What is the difference between a Euro front bumper and a NA front bumper on a Golf?

Do they bolt up the same? I need to replace my NA one and want to put a Euro one will this cause any trouble?

NA spec:

Euro spec:

You will need to replace the rebar as the NA spec one is too 'long' (lengthwise, not widthwise) to fit under the Euro spec bumper.
