I want to purchase the stiffest OEM front springs for my wifes 99 TDI New Beetle.
About a year ago I purchased a set of VR6 SS springs for my 03 Jetta.
The dot color code is 2 Blue / 2 White.
Part Number 1J0 411 105 CD
I think the spring rate on these is 180 pounds with the coil diameter of .518
After searching thru many posts there might be two other springs that might have a higher spring rate.
The dot color code is 2 Blue / 3 White.
Part Number 1J0 411 105 CE
Or the front springs on a 2003/4 New Beetle (180 HP) Turbo S.
Is the 2 Blue / 2 White still the leader or are there other springs above it?

I also would like to know if the 2B/3W are any thicker/stiffer than the 2B/2W.
