What is the Tech Package?

I didn't know about this... what does the tech package really give me?

anybody have it and think it's worth it?

I have never even heard of this. Is it an option of some car or something?

Sorry, VW option
i think it includes climate control and other stuff, but have no idea how it works.
i thought it was the cell phone package
