The one that goes over top of the left side of valve cover? It's got two metal rails and something that looks like plastic vacuum container and is attached to accelerator cable?
My car is Digi but doesn't have that. Digi I?

Cruise control. exactly what you said a vacuum diaphram that hooks to the regulator for the cruise control, it moves the throttle.

Whoever owned my car before me, put in an aftermarket cruise control deal. It's kinda ghetto nad I ned a new cable for it
