This is a conversion by the German Dehler company. The Dehler's look a bit futuristic, to say the least. This pic is from the web site http://www.dehler-profi.de but I dont think this is Dehler's web site.

Probably for gas bottles, toilet refuses (I cant remember what it is called), greay water tank or similar.
