Long story short, the most commonly available oils that meet the 502.00 oil specification that VW REQUIRES for your car area as follows:
Mobil 1 0W-40
Castrol Syntec 5W-40
Castrol Syntec 0W-30
Valvoline SynPower 5W-40
That said, there are lots of other 502.00 (or better) approved oils from the likes of Motul, Elf, and many others that can usually be found via the internet.
A word of caution; make sure that the oil you use is "Approved" by VW and/or Audi and not just "Designed to meet or exceed" the VW oil specs. If you use the latter and have an engine problem, there is a good likelihood that your warranty coverage will be jeopardized.
