I have an 01 1.8T Golf with 5K miles. I want more performance (quicker and faster) what should be first on my list with a $500 budget?

Power, looks, sound. What else do you want ?
Wont void your warranty as easily as a chip, the dealers I went to didn't mind.

zender is a german tuner, right? I thought they made body kits and the like.

Id say go for the Chip, but if not i guess the Exhaust.
