Right now in my 97 Golf GL 2.0L 5spd OBD II, I have Neuspeed: P-flow, P-chip, and cat back exhaust (2.25"). What should I do from here for more power? I don't really want a turbo, looking more for low end torque. So I guess my only choices are with either cam or supercharger. Either way I will almost definatly add headers. Who here has added them? What kind did you use, and did you have any problems with the install? Also, what kind cam or supercharger would you recomend? It is an every day driver, so I am looking for something that is fairly quick to install, and is reliable. Also that is why I want the low end torque. Thanks for the help.

don't be a girl....

run a 276 or 280....

header will help with bottom end recovery after installing a lumpy cam. also a fuel pressure regulator will allow you to bump more fuel into the engine. bigger injectors will help move the fuel more efficiently, and an air/fuel gauge will keep it all straight from the cockpit.
perfect air/fuel ratio should be 14.7 parts air to 1 part fuel. or 14.7 to 1 also = atmospheric pressure.
valve springs
fuel psi regulator
and maybe some mild throttle body work
