what to get if i sell the raddo....

im thinkin about gettin rid of it, and i was thinkin of getting something like an f-body, thoughts on this?...what other cars could be a good replacement to the rado? tia

Another Corrado

... trust me.. no matter what you get after the C is gone.. you'll sell that and get another C.. This happened to 5 people I know.. including myself

where do you come from..an F-body a replacment for the Corrado..LMAO.....try E36 M3, C-Coupe, 968, TT, or 911 C4...those are replacment..not a damn crappy hangling torque monster.

well i wouldnt have bundles of money to spend after i sold it, id have the money that i sold it for to spend, no where close to an e36 m3 (my favorite car)

MR2 turbo... but then again im biased

And contrary to what Daika says, i would NEVER be able to go back to a corrado after being in the MR2...

I have been faced with this same dilema several times... but haven't ever had the heart to follow through and sell the Corrado, but here are some cars I would definately "consider."
E36 M3
944 Turbo S
A4 1.8t (ready for mods)
968... oohhh laaa laaa

I would have to say with that money, iether a 944 Turbo S as stated above, and before my Corrado I had a 93 BMW 325is.... while not as fast as the M3, same handling with a few suspension mods, and is just about as fast as the corrado, and faster if you put a couple more mods on than you had on the C

Supra or 3000GT. The 3000 is more affordable. The awd gt would have all the traction you could ask for but a rwd car would be more fun. I haven't researched it, but I think I would look into get a 3000 GT non turbo for a good deal then put a big aftermarket turbo in it. I know someone with a 700+ hp Supra, that is a scary ride.

But expensive.

umm..just to make it clear...u wont find a 944 Turbo S for 6grand, an 86 or 87 Turbo yes, but not a Turbo S....944 Turbo S was only produced in 1988 along side the Turbo....then in 1989 the Turbo was dropped and the Turbo S became the Turbo...so an 89' Turbo is identical to an 88' Turbo S..90 and 91...only the S2 was available..now a mint condition 89' Turbo can cost as much as 25grand..most are in the region of 12-20 grand depending on mileage and condition...the less u spend...the more headachs and maintnance...to give you an idea of what a 944 Turbo S is capable of.

0-60: 5.5
1/4: 13.5
250HP/260LBS of torque.....2800LBS 50/50 weight distri. RWD.

Eh, I have a small fetish for F-bodies. To have that kind of power band almost anywhere in the tach, is crucial. When there's that much power, I don't think you'll worry about handling too much.

i got an a4 1.8T (Chipped) as a replacement. While not nearly as fun, it is more comfortable, reasonably fast, and outhandles a WS6 f-body in the mountain twisties. I might get another g60 down the road when i can afford two cars, but for now i'm quite happy. Pics in my sig.
