What wattage bulbs do you run in your head lights?

I want to upgrade my H1 bulbs to higher wattage units.
I am upgrading the wiring but was wondering what wattage most people have safely upgraded to?

I have 55W bulbs, work nice but nothing great.

I run 35w bulbs, but then again they are HID's

Right now Ihave 100w low beams. Until I put in the HIDs

Well now that I have H4 bulbs with the European headlights. I would love to het an HID upgrade for them but the money is real tight
