What would I need to make a corrado spoiler work?

I've got an A2VR6 with a corrado dash, I'm picking up the wiring to make the rear spoiler work, my question is this, what would I need to make it work? Would I need the wheel sensors to wor? I'm not running ABS. Thanks

wheel sensor??its a speedo sensor rasheeb..email me and i can get you one...
