If you are going to get rid of the mould lines, I would not delete the break between the bumper and front quarter panel. That way if you are in an accident, no need to replace almost the entire front end body panels.
Other than that, looks good.

3. If you bust up the lower part, even if it looks connected you can take it off, and usually if you wreck the bottom part you wreck the whole bumper, Unless you kick the lower part, and why would you do that!
