they're all really close, some are said to 'pull harder' than others.
find a local tuner, see what they like -- i can't stress the fact that a local tuner that installs chips is definitely a good bet...

up's rep is really good on vortex, and many of their people frequent this board and are helpful. on aww's their chip makes approximately the same performance as the other brands.
personally, i got a giac, because one of the largest giac dealers ( http://www.awe-tuning.com ) isn't too far from me and other friends and locals all had giac and had great success.
