i have a ss tt w/ borla & 1 res. it sounds sweet, but i wouldn't say it's loud at all.

I really wish more people would consider the Eurosport system. It is very deep, and it does rumble a bit. It is not r i c e y at all, but it does bellow.

yeah exactlly --- i have the same
Very nice sound --- Loud when you get on it and very low growl at low RPM's
but definately not anoyyingly loud and dronning

I've got the neuspeed exhaust and it has a nice deep throaty sound to it.its kinda loud but not too loud

okay. thanks for the input. im kinda thinking of what kind of piping i should get. my friend got 3 inch on his GS-R with a blitz turbo mufler and it is too loud. so any of you honda-knowledgeable guys can help wth a relation. also, what about cats?

alright. i measured the piping, and it was 6.75 inches around, so *i think* thats about 1.5-2 inch piping...right? should i get new, bigger, straighter piping or what? thanks

That is like 2 inch piping you have. Go for 2.25 inch and you should be all set. I just put on the Techtonics 2.25" aluminum with the Dynomax muffler. Nice sound to it, gets loud when you are on it, but not bad while cruising.

.25" makes a big difference in the exhaust flow. The biggest advantage is mandrel bent tubing, meaning that the diameter is kept constant at the bends. Stock pipes are crimped where they bend causing a restriction in flow. The TT is mandrel bent, and free flowing. Not sure what the pipe diameter is on your flowmaster.

2" is the stock size on the 2 liter VW's. I am really enjoying the performance improvement from my TT exhaust.

whats this mandrel bent piping stuff on TTs website? i thought mendrel was a monkey. also, do you guys think i should get the whole TT catback aluminum ish with one of their mufflers, or keep the flowmaster? also, which TT muffler has a dual outlet thingy?

I also like the TT but cant seem to find pics of a TT with good tips. the borla single tip looks horrid, like a random pipe from out of the car. For those of you that have heard these systems whats the loudest and most compareable to GHL. I've heard magnaflow but that is still a little to quiet for my likings.
