whats this noise comin from?

when i start my car it has a high pitch whine when it is high idalin.it goes away when the rpm's drop down,what is this,the fans are not moving an it sounds like it is around the a/c compressor.i dont know what it could be.

It is the secondary air supply. A special fan that forces hot air to the intake manifold to help startup.
