I ordered spacers from Bildon Motorsports 2 weeks ago. They deducted my money the day of purchase but I never got a confirmation e-mail.
I waited a week then e-mailed them about this (since they apparently aren't taking phone calls anymore) and got a response saying they never received my order and they'd "try to go find it."
It's been 5 days since that e-mail and I've e-mailed them again - yet still no response.
Their site says: "Do to a slowdown in domestic business we have been forced to reprioritize. As a result we no longer are taking phone calls on a regular basis. Please email us and we will respond quickly to your inquiry."
Anyone know if they're going under? This is annoying since these spacers I've waited 2 weeks for are the only item left in order to get my daily driver back on the road.

http://www.bildon.com - they sell H&R Spacers, amongst other things.
I wasn't aware I could cancel a transaction that already went through. I'd prefer the spacers though.
Anyone know a number to reach them at?
I tried their old 412 894 7227 - but it's disconnected

Like I said, I'd like to get in touch with them and just get the spacers sent. ECS has them on 4-7 day back order + roughly 2 days shipping.
I'm not looking forward to another week 1/2 - 2 weeks of public transit.
edit: maybe they don't actually. I was looking at the ECS ones, not HR

Funny how as soon as I send them an e-mail about me canceling the transaction I get a response within 15min.

I already disputed the transaction and told them I did - that's what sparked the 15min response.
I mean jesus, it's been 2 weeks since the money was withdrawn and I've gotten NO resolution or order confirmation from their end.
They claim there was never an order yet I copied the transaction from my bank account and sent it to them showing the money deducted for the spacers from "Bildon."
