yea that cant be good....possibly the HID was knocked out of place or loose or the cutoff mechanism has shifted somehow. the alignment between the bulb, cutoff shield, and lens is incorrect. also it seems like your right is higher than the left but thats an easy fit, just use the adjustment screws....as for the cutoff u might have to take it apart to find what went wrong...or take it back since its stock.
