I've personally always like door handles on Jeep grand cherokees..

The NSX and the FD RX-7 both have their door handles built into the door frame above the beltline, but they are blacked out so they are less noticeable. I'd say those as they leave behind clean lines on the door and don't stick out from the side of the car.

NA Miata. They've made it to a few museums of design.
Simple and elegant. Pic I was able to find was too lousy to share, tho.

These door handles are not really that nice to operate, but I always thought they were cool.

I agree with you and I own one. At least I bought one where the body color somewhat resembles the color of the handles so it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb. My favorite door handles are those that are simplistic in design, and those that blend into the door.

At one time I was quite fond of the Corrado door handle. So much so, in fact, that I went about purchasing quite a few of them......

yea it's a 70's stingray style handle from a corvette mounted on top of the door.. am i right??????
