will a set of wheels with this specs fit my 1998 GTI VR6????
7.5x17", 5-130mm bolt
circle, with a 25mm offset

I believe u want something more on the lines of a 45-55et, cuz the spacers are like 20-30mm thick though I'm not exactly sure

Well you see I'm trying to get this wheels which come with those specs, and I know patterman sells the adapters for 5x100 ==> 5x130, so I'm not sure that if I get those wheels, they would fit with those adapters, would I need anything else?? would they fit or not???

with 25mm offset they wont fit.. unless your saying thats whatll itll be after the adapters

That's w/o the adapters. Does anybody know where to get bbs lm on 17's for our cars???

My Porsche wheels are 52mm offset and the H&R adapters are 20mm and change the bolt pattern from 5X100 to 5X130.......

Here it goes:
BBS LM's 17x7.5 comes with a 25mm offset. The H&R Adapters are supposed to bring any 5/130 Porsche wheel in by 25mm. 25-25= 0 Offset - no good. It will stick out way too far and look wierd.
You can get porsche wheels but they need to start with a high offset such as 62, 56, 55 or 52. Get a high offset and subtract it by 25 and you will have your final running offset for your car.
And yes the BBS LM's come in 17x7.5s 5x130 w/ 25mm offset weighing in at 20.44lbs a corner. They retail in at $830 a corner but who pays retail?
