I'd like to know as well... my GLi wheels are somewhat screwed up (waffled, scratched, paint chipping... thanks to the PO). Im in PA... dunno if that makes a difference (on shipping possibly)

I've taken wheels to both places. Wheelworx does excellent work, but is pricey. They also won't touch rims that are damaged past a certain point. Ye Olde is a messy shop, but they do great work as well and are really cheap. They repaired a huge bend in one of my OZ Mito Modulars.. the one that was 'too bent' for Wheelworx to do.
