haha how could you not notice that? or did you just drive with em and not care? mine started making the slightest bit of noise and i replaced my pads, that stuff scares me lol. anyway, good choice on the beer, i never work on my car without a beer. btw nice red gti.

wow, i didn;t think they could get much worse than the ones we replaced

the caliper was seized or the ebrake cable or both, that's why it wore down so much
the frames are "tattoo" brand, got em from doc optical here in detroit

ummm... andy loves it when you call him "big papa." i'm pretty surprised i'm not dead, or in a lot of pain. next time there's a gut-wrenching grinding noise, i have to remember: a car is NOT a machine shop! thanks, andy!

the inner drivers side pad was gone!!!!! i was wondering what that noise was! i guess the thing fell out this morning and thats why the noise started! wow.
