Heya guys...
The badges on my baby are pretty worn, so I think it's time to find new ones. I swear I've seen 10 pages on the 'net with OEM VW badges, but now that I want one, I can't find 'em anymore!
Anyway, I'm looking for the VW symbol, "Volkswagen" and "Scirocco" for an '87 16v. Don't think the 16v badges need replacing.
So, where can I find 'em, and how much should I expect to pay?

awesome gti sells some. i think momentum does too.
there isnt as whole lot for stock replacement. i took mine off, sanded them, primed them, and painted them gloss black. they look pretty good.

AHHH! Why subject yourself to that abuse when the Potterman has all this stuff at better-than-stealership pricing?? "Official" unofficial suppliers to the scirocco.org mailing list are the Potterpeople in the west, and Mark at Adirondack in the east. Can't go wrong either way.

Check out Motorworks.com and the closest VW dealership. You can do a ground up resto on VW's thru the dealer .

Hrm...I've checked Potterman and Motorworks' websites and come up with nothin'. I'm pretty sure I remember seeing tons and tons of badges in an old paper Motorworks catalog, though. Don't have one anymore, though. I figured the dealer would be an option, but as a last resort!

I got mine from the dealer....it was like $8 for the "Volkswagen" badge and $14 for teh "Scirocco" badge. Unfortunetly the \X/ badge is on infinite backorder

I think this is the correct GTX badge for the 86-87 16V
in Germany.
This is the one I have. I'm not sure what year car it's from?

All out war in europe for Rocco's, UK had GTII,Scala,GTX Germany had Scala 16v, GTII 16Valve and You got the 16 valve, WHERES MY 16 V's
