Where do you mount the CD changer on a Golf?
As the topic states, where does it go? I did a search but came up empty.
Do you mount it on the back of the rear seats, or is there a bracket like on the MKIVs?

well in my gti there is a stock cd changer in the back hatch its on the driver's side and mounts fine there.

Anyone have pics of their CD changer install? The changer actually came with mounting brackets, but I'm trying to get a good location for installing it.

I put mine horizontally on a board which fits on the floor right behind the rear seat between the strut towers. Its removable so if I've got to put some stuff in the hatch and fold the seats its not in the way - I just grab the whole thing and pull it out. You can cover the board in black felt and even looks ok...
