Don't pay for it, just walk near back area of dealership and ask, it takes 2 seconds to just remove it, you can worry about unplugging harnesses on your own.
If you don't want to do that, any stereo install place will do it, just offer the guy $10.

Just use a metal coat hanger and cut 2 pieces and bend them into a U shape so that the 2 ends fit into the 2 openings on each side of the deck

i used 2 small allen keys, one side at a time.

Remember that Mk4 radios are different from Mk3 radios. On a Mk3 you can use the coat hanger method, on a Mk4 it's easiest to use an old credit card cut into strips. http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif

go to part source or canadian tire and pickup four $2.00 pocket knife's with slim blades.
works great.
