where is the coolant temp sensor on the Jetta?

Ive looked for it 3 times already, and cant find it
the stealership says they'll charge me 2 hours of labor to do it
Im not going there
can anyone give me a detailed explanation of what to do?
(sorry, Ive asked before, but I cant find the CTS), and what tools do I need?

really easy. if ur looking at ur engine its to the right side. pull off both the covers and its stuck in a big rubber hose and has a clip holding it in a a wire coming off the top.

its really easy to change....search and you'll find a dyi on here

it took me about 2 minutes to change it and i didn't use any tools, just my fingers..

yup just MAKE SURE the car isnt hot!! it will hurt.

Im just scared I might mess something up

Look at the red circle, it is in that general area.
