ive heard tt had problems with their hd v springs breaking...so they are using a different manufacturer for the springs now..........this is second hand knowledge anyone know anything concrete please post it

i just got my schrick 268's and schrick HD springs through potterman. he was able to get them for about 7.50 each. and my 268s cost me $735. i didn't look around too much but i assume this was a pretty fair price.

My TT valve springs cracked on me. Collin said they had a few bad batches. I went to shrick. got them from Denon. Ill let you know how the turn out when all the stuff is fixed from the piece of shiet TT valve springs

It must have been a bad batch b/c out of aLOT of people with the TT valve springs, only like 3 or so have failed, and i think 2 were on OBDI (corrado) vr6's. I dont know Jim Chu uses them with no prob, and I bought a brand new never used set off him. I have trust in him, and they should be fine...

Well jim chu didnt make the springs....so you should have trust in TT....which i dont have any...and could you blame me...but i know in the back of your head you have your doubts...the best thing to do would be to call Techtonics...read off some numbers or something possibly...maybe he could tell you over the phone which manufacture these were from......that way you would know before you put them in ...
