Looks custom, 4 mo valence molded into stock bumper that has been smoothed and the middle has been enlarged to reach down to the valence.

It's already there, it is just hard to see with that mesh in the way. If you look closely you can actually make some of it out.

one of the nicest modded cars ever. First euro style vw I saw, long when I still didnt know about vwvortex. Simply. Badass.
