I'm thinking of going to an 18x8 mille miglia evo5 for my 2001 jetta 1.8t, w/
225/40-18's is this a good combo, I've beent told I should go with a 235/40, the car has been lowerd w/ a Bilstein super cup kit already

Tire tech at top of the forum, H20 sizes. Either size normally will fit. 225's are narrower so if concerned because of the lowering stay there.
