It is not really the clutch but rather the pressure plate that is the issue...
If you are looking for OEM replacement rather than aftermarket do yourself a favor and get the LUK set up. http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif

Why do all of the popular parts sites (Impex, Adirondack, Potterman's, etc) sell the Sachs kit then?
Can you get the Luk kit for just as cheap? If so, then from where?

ive got a saachs clutch and it can handle up to a 75 shot. definetely a very good clutch to replace ur oem with. i luv mine it grips better but the clutch play is a bit harder. get a SAACHS

Thanks guys, keep the experiences and opinons comming.
I will be putting a Sachs Power Clutch in my car when I change it so that I am ready for my Soon to Be HPAed VR6. I know that the thread was about OEM and a Powerclutch is not, But I was curious about the LUK clutches and their quality.

Jamie- I know you've seen these pics already, but I'll post them for everyone else.
The stock Luk clutch has to be pretty decent if it can go 150k miles without any problems and look like it's still got a lot of life left in it.
And no, I don't drive like a grandma.

I just don't slip the clutch when starting from a dead stop.
