hands down 2.0T......they have alot of potential, and can be just as fast if not way faster than than the 2.0T.......but then again what do you mean by slightly modded vr6....cams, chip, exhuast??

Ahhh, a Paradox....the VR in all its glory vs. the FI 2.0....hmmm.... If thatz all I was allowed to do to the car, I would take the 2.0T because it would be faster. BUT, if it was all to start out with and then to mod later, I would totally take the VR...because 2.8T has this EVIL ring to it, muahahaha

Thats the problem I'm having at the moment. I can't decide if I want to vr6 or turbo my cabrio. So what do you guys think? Vr6 cabrio or 2.0t cabrio?

VR6 - because eventually you will want more power and the 2.0T will be close to max while you can put a mild 100 shot on the VR and blow the doors off the 2.0T
The only thing the 2.0L give you an advantage in is weight - but in that case i would rather have a 16V than an 8v.
Also why suprise a Type R guy when you can completly embarrass them

I would rather have the modded VR....in every day driving I love the low end grunt that the torquey VR provides. I have driven 2.0 turbo's and they are nice, but a totoally different feel. I am sure there are 2.0T's out there that would eat me, but the few I have run against with fairly basic set ups have not really been competative....
