I believe they are votex sideskirts and a 25th anniversary front valance.

This is clearly an add-on lip and a euro bumper. The Votex is a full bumper

Votex for the golf is a add on lip....the Votex front bumper on the Golf RS from the Essen show is a prototype....

As for the front lip it has similar lines to the 25th anniversary one but it is a votex kit.

you might want to ask your dealer but I doubt they even know what it is. Contact stores like pgperformance.com and some other ones im sure they would be able to get it.
