Who did I see this afternoon at a Chevron in Surrey?

You were at the Chevron at 64th and King George Highway around 5:20pm. You had the hood up, and putting in washer fluid I think. Couple of doods talking in front of the metallic green, 91 or 92' GTI lowered on 16's I think. It has rallye headlights. Are you on here? Cool car http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif

not me. Surrey's a mugging pit if you ask me. I never wander into surrey's borders without a tire jack or at least a wheel club.

I've seen that one at the liquor store on kingsway. it was dirtier than mine, but still tres sexee.

Only mature drivers drive clean dubs. Other wise I seen this pudgy guy drive this green jetta with big rear bumps and a small gli front bumper. It was cool too. it had borbet e's and quad rounds. I saw it on the side of hwy 1,m pulled over. his girl was jacking the car up cuz they had a flat tire. Theres also this cool white coupe owned by the guy who works at alpi's. you know alpi's?

no man. just because you live in surrey, it doesnt necessarily mean you're a mugger y'self. I'm sayin is that I'm scared of wanderin into surrey without carryin a spare. crazy stuff happens over there

Hey man, I've seen that around before, I saw it out at the movie theaters in Port Kells, at Colosis. It's dark green with nice rims and a 5 bolt pattern right? Rallye front end, man, that's one tight ride.

It's not that bad as long as the sun is still up.

We made sure to pick a good neighborhood before moving in. IE no Whalley or Guildford.

i would think some areas in van are worse... but i have seen that car in town before...., in fact ive seem a lot of nice a2 dubs in surrey, this nice white 91-92 gti alpine white, this kid in langley who has a alpine white 91-92 jetta gtx.. mmm and this other guy in north delta with a black 91-92 jetta looks reallly nice....

It was no different than downtown van really.

Downtown van. You're not alking about east van are you? That part of town's ratty as a bum's cardboard box. Unless you like wearing LA Raiders parkas and stonewashed jeans, you're not gonna fit in. And I found that having that glazed look in your eyes helps to blend in with the locals.
Ever had to cart around a suitcase full of money? Or something that weighs just as much as a suitcase full of money? I tell ya, dead weight can be really tough to lug around once someone decides to make you his "turkey of the day"
There's tons of mk1's on the west end. Cabbys mostly. I seen this black gtx with helios rims and a rubber spoiler. There's also this corrado with the BBS RMs in delta.

If it's dark green (a BMW green) with a 5 bolt pattern, it's a vr6 that CG Motorsports built a few years ago. It was at the coquitlam show 2-3 years ago.

I drive through Surrey alot, and barely ever see a nice dub. I think, in about 7-8 months of occasional drive throughs I've only seen one nice mk3 passat and a kickass old beetle.
Am I just not looking in the right spots ? Where do the nicest cars hangout ?

Actually I was talking about east van.
I was saying that whalley is no worse than east van.
Meaning.. yeah there are junkies a plenty..but i never got mugged..
The worst I ever had to deal with was carrying an entire pizza through pigeon park.
I had about 14 people following me asking for a slice.
heh.. and technically thats not even east van!
Luckily Im big and look pissed off.
..but still, not cool.
