I have the FK "speacial's" on my 87 Gti and I think they are better than most shock/spring set ups. For $600 new from Denon Performance, I couldn't pass them up. I called with the intent to purchase the H&R's, which in my opinion since owning both, are far superior, but Ron sold me on these. I'm overall happy with the purchase. The Specials are only a single coil, progressivly wound, but the adjustment and overall "stiffness" is pretty dang good. No bouncing at all, which I love most of all about them. FK coilovers are made by SACHS, so the quality is pretty good. I'd recomend them for the price, but could never say they're "as good" as my H&R's were.
