There aren't chips for the CIS 8v... just a "fuel enrichment module" which keeps the mixture from leaning out at upper RPMs. Autotech makes these, and some creative Vortexers have made (& sold) a "home made" version. I'm not sure about the Digifant motor, tho... I thought I read something in an old "European Car" about Digifant engine management system upgrades.

Several companies make chip and ecu upgrades for Digifant, these include CSW (availible on vortex through vw_pilot) I would recommend this one, also there is AMS you send youre whole ecu into them and they solder a new chip in, also Bildon motorsport has a race ECU for digifant, I personally have never heard of anyone using the bildon one..
