Does anyone here have the info on how to build that really ugly RPM gauge out of LED's? Or was it a boost gauge? There were a bunch of LED's in a horizontal row and they would light up seqentially as a RPM gauge (or boost).
Anyone have a link to that "how to"?

If its ugly, why do you want to know how?
I found at least 3 guides in 10 minutes when I went to look for the same thing

It is pretty easy. It looks lots better now that I have a carbon panel over the circuit board. It's basically a couple of National Semiconductor LM3914 DIP devices (If I remember the P/N correctly) I keep saying I am gonna spin a board and start making these...
