I bet the poor thing is a theft recovery. The scummy thieves probably painted it like that to hide it's true color and identity.
Thieves should be shot.

Looks like thats what happened. They just razorbladed them off. Maybe someone washed it but instead of using water they used white paint

Actually this car WAS painted by Maaco. I remember it was for sale few years back, here in NJ. Then the owner moved to FL and the car was for sale over there.
