Can't think of many reasons. Is it because they're smaller (and harder to manufacture)? I just can't see why they're almost 2X as much as a T3/T4.

The t3/t4 has been around for much longer and are more common .Im sure many more t3/t4 turbos are mas produced for resale over the k-04s.Think about all the different applications the t series turbos have.Thats what i think http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif
