Will a hole in my downpipe throw off wideband readings?

I believe I have hole in the flex section and my wideband sensor is plumbed in right below that. My car started running lean, and Im not sure if it has to do with the weatehr getting warmer and humity changing, or if its because that hole is getting a lot bigger.
Do you think it would make my readings leaner than they actually are? Thanks.

yes it will.... air will escape from the whole and not give accurate readings...

if you read the information on the innovate site they state that leaks allow oxygen into the exhaust system making your readings say they are leaner than they actually are.

it also lets out the gases it reads off of...same thing will just make it run lean...either way...its bad

Re: (general problem)

it probably will be, I had a crack in my old turbo manifold before it was even measured air, and it led to MASSIVE misfring problems.
