Since they have the same suspension, I'm pretty sure it would.

I run a VR6 Weitec Ultra TX 50mm kit in my Cabrio...so I don't see why it wouldn't work in a Jetta. You will need to run VR6 strut bearings and caps and stuff. I am pretty sure the spring rate of VR6 kits are a bit stiffer than the 2.0L variants due to the extra weight on those cars.

Yes it will, Im running a Bilstein/H&R sport springs setup and I just took the whole strut assembly as a hole and put it right in my car with the strut bearings and everything. I have had no problems at all with this setup.
