Will the Vtune (and the like) software...

negate the need for multiple octane chips? If i want a 104 octane chip, can i just adjust my timing advance and boost accordingly?

nope ... they are there for making adjustments to existing maps ... REVO as well as APR (I assume) have linear adjustability.
