will turbo s wheels fit over VR6 brakes?

hey everyone, i wanna get a set of turbo S wheels for my 01 GTI VR6. i'm assuming the VR6 has larger brakes than the 1.8, anyone know if i'll have a problem here? oh and if anyones already done this i'd love to see it, thanks
