yeah so my clip broke.. and i cant find the thread that was the "ghetto" fix for it. the ghetto fix included a zip tie and an electrical butt connector.

does anyone have access to that link or know of a different diy fix??

I know that if they break you can pull up on the window really hard to get it past the regulator bead thing that holds the clip it'll stay up. Thats the way both of my rear windows are up.

woah! we'll see about that,

i pulled the whole assembly out and pulled the motor part off the case, the wire that moves the window was all bent up and kinked. i straightened it out the best i could and now im just waiting on another set of hand to re wire the whole assembly with the messed up cord.

i need to get a new one or a junk yard one thats not messed up.. we'll see

im going to make a thread about my car cause some cool stuff is coming up!
