Not the answer you want, but my driver's window does the same; I just roll it up that tiny bit to stop it.
If you do pull the panel, be aware of the "invisible" (well almost) screw inside the speaker enclosure. Otherwise it's straightforward

my car did this when i first got it. there was a clacking sound when the window was down and i shut the door. turned out that one of the two wheels that attach the arm thingies to the bottom of the window had come off. popped it back in and it's stayed for over three years.
