Witnessed an Integra TypeR vs 4 Door Infiniti G35 race

I was behind 3-4 cars at a traffic light, when I heard some car tire screeching. So I went around and saw a metallic grey G35 4 door racing a Yellow Integra Type R. I know it's an ITR not only by the badging, it looks very stock and clean except for the muffler.
Off the start, the cars were pretty even with the G35 about a nose ahead, but after about 5-7 secs, the G35 overtook the TypeR but it was still close by 1.5 car length and they were still at it. Lucky the road was straight and no traffic light for atleast another mile.
Saw another G35 but a white coupe, looks very sweet.

Hmm, doesn't surprise me, only because ITRs are not known for uber-speed, but moreso uber-total package (ie. handling etc.)
Must have been fun to watch.

Hahaha don't be too quick to judge....

I can't think of many stock engines that top 8.0L...and this viper would have most or all ITR's trebbling uncontrollably

And how many Type R's could you buy with the cost of a Viper? While pulling out silly comaprisons, this car would own the Viper in absolutely any performance contest, and it has a piddling 2.65 litre motor....

Type-R street race? that's so corny.
catch the driver, kick him in the butt, and give the vehicle to someone who knows the traffic laws.
