It will run rich and loose power. The chip tuning is designed for a 3bar.

with no other mods, it would definitely hurt performance..

I put on a 4 bar when i installed my K-04 just to play around and my car ran real rich.At 5000rpms when the chip was really dumping fuel the car fell flat on its face. You wont have any fuel problems with a chip and that turbo.

You odn't even need a FPR that high with a K04 Dan, you were in my car it has the stock FPR, no need to add more fuel cause you're not running more boost.

but if you are running more boost you will need 4 or 5 bar FPR and even larger injectors

If your running that much boost out of a K04 to need bigger injectors, Your running WAY out of it's effecncy or in a New Beetle.
K04 turbos run best at 1.4-1.5 bar or so any more and your just spinning your wheels so to speak. The turbo would be way out of it's effecency zone. I wouldn't think you would need the 5 bar EXCEPT maybe a passat or a New Beetle with stock injectors. The OEM stuff works fine with G/J setup.
