I am looking for one preferably on the west coast for a possible 20V turbo coversion from a 4000.

I don't get what you want to do - the 20v motor was never found in a 4000. Nor was a turbo motor. 4000s come with a 10v n/a motor, some even have a lovely 1.8L 8v motor.
