Not really sure what this piece is called, I have looked for it at my local junk yards but I have not been able to find one, if anyone has one that they want to sell let me know I need one A.S.A.P

That piece (I don't know what VW calls its either) is a shock absorber that fits between metal frame and the plastic cover. It is supposed to fit snugly in the cover, but sometimes things go awry…

You can't find it because it's part of the bumper cover and not sold separately. You need a new bumper cover.
