WTB Gli front valance diffuser

Hopefully someone can help me out. Sometime back there was a guy in Canada who was selling custom made diffuser for the MK4 Gli front valance. They were made out of some type of metal to help prevent cracking and wearing on the underside of the valance. Thanks. Maybe someone will knows the guy.
