What modifications will I need to do to put an X Flow on my stock block? What kind of performance increases will I see? In the long run with a turbo, will it help more or less vs. stock head?
I could use some help here. Thanks!

A couple of replies I have read on this say--it is a wiring nightmare, and the coolant and oil holes on the head are oval nad the ones on the block are round. So you will have to have one machined. Most people just say to swap the whole ABA block with it. There are a couple post if you do a search. Sorry I wasn't much help.
